1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LimpiaPix application (hereinafter, "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description and Payment Model

LimpiaPix is a tool for organizing, hiding in an encrypted vault, and deleting photos and videos locally.

Free Version: Allows you to try the features with a maximum deletion limit of 600 MB.
PRO Version: One-time payment of €2.99 (no subscriptions) that unlocks unlimited cleaning and the Secret Vault.

3. Disclaimer of Liability regarding the Secret Vault and Data Loss

The "Secret Vault" feature encrypts files locally using a user-defined PIN as the access key. LimpiaPix does not store this PIN on any external server, nor does it offer a password recovery mechanism.

ATTENTION: By using the Secret Vault, you agree and understand that:

If you forget your PIN and do not have biometric authentication (Face ID/Fingerprint) enabled, you will irreversibly lose access to the encrypted files.
If you uninstall the LimpiaPix app or format your device without first restoring the hidden files to the public gallery, the encrypted files will be permanently deleted by the operating system.

LimpiaPix and its developers are not responsible under any circumstances for the loss of files, photos, videos, or data resulting from the use of the Secret Vault, forgotten PINs, or uninstalling the application.

4. Privacy and Offline Operation

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, the App operates locally. We do not upload, copy, or transfer your files to the cloud. The entire deletion or encryption process happens on your device.
